World Refugee Day

Come Join us in Crescent Park on June 20 from 10 am - 3 pm. On World Refugee Day we encourage recognition of the courageous and resilient people from around the world having to flee from war, persecution and violence. There will be interactive displays, a panel of refugees to talk about their experiences. At lunch we will serve a rice and beans lunch that might be a typical meal served in a refugee camp.
